The pipe from the main gas line to the gas meter beside the home is to be run by Entex. All free standing ice machine must have a pump for drainage. Under no circumstances will contractor install ice maker with no pump nor Ice maker be provided. Contractor does not warranty any ice machine for installation or Longevity-Homeowner must use Manufacturer warranty. ALL PVC drain lines inside and underneath the home. Water Heater to be Tankless RHEEM. No septic included in the work Budget.
