David Alexander Homes, Inc is a Custom Home Builder in the Houston Area. We build Homes starting at 1400 FT. to 7000 SF. and work with you to design the home of your dreams. We have our own Architect or we have plans already available that you can modify at a fraction of the cost. Call us for pre qualification. We have a great financing program for those who have recently purchased land or acreage out by Lake Amistad and need the financing to build your custom home. Your local banks require a minimum of 15-20% Down Payment on all Construction loans and most of them are TWO TIME closes. This would be a ONE TIME close saving you thousands of dollars by eliminating that additional close.

We will build on your lot anywhere in and around the Houston Metro area. If you do not own your land we
have the financing available and we are approved with lenders that have FHA/VA construction loans with a
onetime close saving you thousands of dollars.
If you do not own your land we can assist in locating the right community and or rural site for your new
home. We can roll in the cost of the land and the home into one loan with 5% down. If you own your land
we may be able to do ZERO down.
We can roll in the interest payments for the construction into the price well so you will not make payment
during the construction of your home.
Once approved we provide all the services below so you won’t have to do too much except choose your
options such as color of paint, Tile, Plumbing and lighting fixtures etc.
