Finding a Property

  • Building on property that you already own makes the approval process a bit smoother with our lender. If you do not own land we can have a realtor assist in finding a lot.

Pre-approval Process

  • 2 Years Tax Returns and W2’s
  • 30 Day check stubs
  • 60 days bank statements. Savings and Checking
  • Copy of SSN card
  • Copy of TDL or Texas ID
  • Marriage Status Verification- Marriage Licenses
  • Divorce Decree (if applicable)
  • Proof of other Income-SSI, Child Support, etc
  • All Employer and Landlord Contact Information
  • 401K or any retirement Statements

Owner Builder Program

  • We Will work in a project Management Capacity assisting you in every aspect of the construction process for a flat fee. This is a tailored program and customized to each client. Once we meet and review blueprints, location of project, lenght of project we will assess a flat fee.

David Alexander Homes, Inc is a Custom Home Builder in the Houston Area. We build Homes starting at 1400 FT. to 7000 SF. and work with you to design the home of your dreams. We have our own Architect or we have plans already available that you can modify at a fraction of the cost. Call us for pre qualification. Financing Program

We have a great financing program for those who have recently purchased land or acreage out by Lake Amistad and need the financing to build your custom home. Your local banks require a minimum of 15-20% Down Payment on all Construction loans and most of them are TWO TIME closes. This would be a ONE TIME close saving you thousands of dollars by eliminating that additional close.

We will build on your lot

We will build on your lot anywhere in and around the Houston Metro area. If you do not own your land we

have the financing available and we are approved with lenders that have FHA/VA construction loans with a

onetime close saving you thousands of dollars.

If you do not own your land we can assist in locating the right community and or rural site for your new

home. We can roll in the cost of the land and the home into one loan with 5% down. If you own your land

we may be able to do ZERO down.

We can roll in the interest payments for the construction into the price well so you will not make payment

during the construction of your home.

Once approved we provide all the services below so you won’t have to do too much except choose your

options such as color of paint, Tile, Plumbing and lighting fixtures etc.
